About Daddy & Me Locksmith

Daddy (Bart) started learning his trade from his uncle, Jamie, as a young child. Bart knew that he was always going to be a locksmith. Since then, he went to locksmith school and worked for a few different companies over the years. In 2001, he married. 4 years later, he and his wife were blessed with their first child, Daniel. Daddy continued to work for a locksmith company and was often on call 4 to 5 nights a week. Daniel didn't like this and had a major meltdown one night and stood at the door stomping his feet and yelling, "Daddy, Me Locksmith".

A bright and bold idea occurred in that very moment: Daddy & Me Locksmith was born. In April of 2007, we opened our business. In May of 2007, Daddy and Mommy were blessed with their second child, James. They ran their business and raised their children. By the time both boys were old enough to go to school, Daddy and Mommy closed the business down and went back to work in regular jobs. Daddy went back to his last locksmith company, and Mommy went to work with the schools.

By the time Daniel was a freshman in high school, he wanted to reopen the business. Daddy & Me Locksmith relaunched in the summer of 2020, in a small location. After 2 years, they moved into a larger shop in Cave Junction, Oregon. 3 years later, they decided it was time to move on. They packed up their business and home and moved to Brookings, Oregon. They have successfully opened their business and are completely in love with Brookings.
